Cağaloğlu Hamamı
Built in 1741 as a double bath whose income paid for Sultan Mahmud I's library in Hagia Sophia, Cağaloğlu sits a few minutes' walk from the mosque. Men walk down ten steps to their section because the street has risen around the building; women use a separate door on Hamam Sokak.
