Getting in
- Access
- The beach runs along the village seafront. Erosion has taken much of the sand; on 21 September 2026 Malevizi approved the tender for a 3.2 million euro project with sand replenishment and a 70 m submerged breakwater about 20 m offshore (local press quoting the mayor), so works may affect the beach in a later season. Malevizi had lifeguards on duty here from 1 June 2026.
- Public transport
- KTEL Heraklion-Lasithi runs a summer service from Heraklion bus station to Agia Pelagia beach (2026 timetable from 16 June)
