About Dafni beach
Dafni is area P1 of the 1999 decree for the National Marine Park of Zakynthos, a nature protection area that takes in the beach and the land around it. The decree's aim for it is to keep the turtle breeding habitat and the natural state of the beach surroundings, and its inland boundary runs along the rural road from Dafni to Vasilikos.
