Wellness Oasis, Hotel Jūrmala SPA
Wellness Oasis is the sauna and pool centre of Hotel Jūrmala SPA on Jomas iela, and non-guests buy a ticket at the door without booking. It has two 10 m pools at 28 to 31 °C, a children's pool, a cold plunge pool, Finnish saunas at 100 °C and 80 °C, a salt sauna, an aroma sauna and a Roman steam bath at 47 °C.

About Wellness Oasis, Hotel Jūrmala SPA
The hottest sauna is fitted out in a fishermen's style in plain wood, with jadeite stones on the stove. The aroma sauna is lined with bricks of pink Himalayan salt, and the Roman steam bath has a foot pool and a starry ceiling. Between the pools an Aquabar serves cocktails and tea, and a contrast shower switches from warm rain to a cold downpour with sounds of thunder and flashes of lightning. Next to the children's pool there is a children's sauna with a screen that plays cartoons.
