Sea Wellness, Baltic Beach Hotel & SPA
Sea Wellness is the pool and sauna floor of the Baltic Beach Hotel & SPA in Jūrmala, and non-guests can buy a two-hour session. Its 25 m pool holds warm filtered water drawn from the Baltic Sea, with a 3 m cascade, underwater massage, a children's pool, a jacuzzi, a Roman bath, a Himalayan salt sauna and a cedar sauna.

About Sea Wellness, Baltic Beach Hotel & SPA
The hotel stands directly on the beach at Majori in a building that began as the Rīgas Jūrmala sanatorium, and its ship-like outline became part of the Jūrmala shoreline. The sanatorium combined the seaside with water treatments, exercise, rest and healthcare, and the hotel keeps that line going with thalassotherapy, physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Sea Wellness sells single visits, and its water comes out of the Baltic all year round.
