Thermal baths in Baden-Baden

Baden-Baden's two thermal baths stand about 200 m apart and work in opposite ways. Friedrichsbad, from 1877, takes you through a set circuit of hot rooms, steam baths and pools, without swimwear on five days a week. At Caracalla Therme you keep your swimwear on in big pools under a dome and outdoors, and only the sauna floor is textile-free.
