Logi Saun
A wood-fired public sauna on the seafront in Tallinn's harbour district, built on a citizens' initiative and run by volunteers since December 2023. There are no showers: you cool off and rinse in the sea, and the sauna caretaker hands out hot water for the steam.

About Logi Saun
Architects Kaisa Sööt, Liina-Liis Urke, Margit Säde and Regina Viljasaar-Frenzel designed the 56 m² wooden house, which won the Estonian Association of Architects' SMALL award for 2024. There is no running water or electricity: candles hold off the dark, the steam room looks out through the trees to the sea, and a birch tree grows up through the roof. The heated section is built so that it can be moved in one piece, and an open arched door is the sign that the sauna is hot and open.
