Swimming in San Teodoro
San Teodoro is on Sardinia's north-east coast, about 20 km south of Olbia airport, with the island of Tavolara rising offshore to the north. La Cinta runs along a strip of dunes between the sea and the town's lagoon, and Cala Brandinchi lies further north under pines and junipers. From Porto San Paolo, about 7 km north of Cala Brandinchi, boats cross to Tavolara and tour the marine reserve around it.
