Thermal baths in Baden

Baden is a spa town on the Limmat in Aargau, about 20 km north-west of Zurich. FORTYSEVEN, a thermal bath designed by Mario Botta, stands on the river bank in the spa quarter. The car-free old town is about 1 km upstream, where a covered wooden bridge crosses the Limmat below the Landvogtei castle.
