Hellasgården
A lakeside sauna at the Hellasgården outdoor centre in the Nacka nature reserve, south-east of Stockholm, with a women's side and a men's side of 22 places each and a jetty into Källtorpssjön that bathers use all year; in winter a pump keeps the ice hole open. Visits run as booked 90-minute start times, with aufguss sessions led by a saunameister on Wednesday evenings and a quiet evening on Thursdays.
