About Balneario de Arnedillo
The operator classifies the water as sodium chloride, calcium sulphate and bromide water rich in iron and magnesium, and gives a flow of 230,600 litres a day. Its mud gallery uses peloids, a plant mud the operator says is found in only three places in Spain. Outside, a wave pool sits next to the Río Bravo, a pool of hot thermal water, and the indoor active pool has swan-neck jets, bubble beds and a footbath. The operator names Queen Barbara of Braganza and King Ferdinand VII among past visitors, and says the spa drew the 19th-century bourgeoisie.
