Thermal baths in Archena
Archena sits on the Segura river where the Ricote Valley opens out, about 24 km northwest of Murcia. The balneario's pools are on the riverbank about 1.5 km north of the town centre. Upriver, the valley's orchard villages start with Ojós, about 4 km north, and Ricote, below its limestone sierra, about 6 km northwest.
