Thermal baths in Bergen

Bergen lies on Norway's west coast between mountains such as Fløyen and Ulriken, and is a common starting point for trips into the western fjords. Heit Bergen's sauna raft is moored at Marineholmen, on the Damsgårdsundet channel south of the city centre. About 2 km north, the Fløibanen funicular climbs Fløyen in about six minutes, and marked trails run on into the forest from the top.
