Out on the Great Hungarian Plain in Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok county, Cserkeszőlő is a village about 9 km west of Kunszentmárton and 34 km south of Szolnok. The bath run by the village spreads its pools over a large site, with a three-storey covered winter bath and brown, iodine-bearing medicinal water.
