Spa Thermal de Vernet-les-Bains
The thermal spa of the ValVital baths at Vernet-les-Bains, at the foot of the Canigou about 50 km from Perpignan, sells a day ticket to its Aqua-détente area. It has a thermal water pool, a thermal shower, a sauna, a hammam and hot tubs next to a gym, and the operator warns that the sulfurous water tarnishes jewelry.
