Swimming in Tanneron

Spread over hamlets in the hills between Cannes and Fréjus, Tanneron is about 17 km from Cannes on the Var side of the border with the Alpes-Maritimes. Its shore on the Lac de Saint-Cassien, a dam reservoir, holds the lake's laid-out beach with lifeguards in summer. From January to March the mimosa on the Tanneron hills is in flower, and the Route du Mimosa passes through.
