Swimming in Antibes

Antibes lies on the coast between Nice and Cannes, and the Cap d'Antibes peninsula takes up its southern half. Its beaches are on the cape's east side: La Salis beside a small fishing port where the cape begins, and La Garoupe in a bay further south, where the coastal path starts. In the old town, about 1 km north of La Salis, the Picasso Museum fills the Château Grimaldi.
