About The Cabin Sauna

The Cabin is a mobile sauna, set up on Clapham Common to keep the park's runners, footballers and yogis outdoors once the colder months arrive. Many guests come straight from a run, a parkrun or the gym. A usual round is 10 to 15 minutes in the heat, then a plunge or a breather outside with the trees and sky of the Common around you. Most guests are first-timers, and on a guided session the team explains everything from sitting on a towel to showering before the plunge. The yurt alongside holds yoga sessions, compression boots and red light panels.
