About Sweheat Sauna
The saunas are wood-fired and sit next to the Nakhon Thai restaurant, opposite WakeUp Docklands. Despite the dock lapping beside it, Royal Victoria Dock is off limits to bathers as a cold plunge, so the cold dip happens in the plunge pool, with no diving. Apple Maps and Citymapper may occasionally send you to its old location.
