Thermal baths in Bath
Bath is on the River Avon at the southern end of the Cotswolds, about 18 km south-east of Bristol. Thermae Bath Spa fills its pools from the city's own hot springs, and one of them is an open-air bath on the roof. The Roman Baths museum, where the spring water steams in the Great Bath, is a couple of minutes' walk away.
