About The Sea Sauna
Tower Bay Beach lies south of Portrane village, and the operator says it is one of the few swimming spots on the east coast where the water is still easy to reach at low tide. The plunge barrels look out to sea. Of the three saunas the Box is the largest: booked privately it takes up to 15 people, against 12 in the Barrel and 10 in the Snug. Fingal County Council's coastal walk from the Donabate railway causeway along the Broadmeadow estuary ends at Tower Bay.
