Seaweed baths and a wood-fired sauna on Lettermullen, at the tip of south Connemara in the Galway Gaeltacht, reached over a chain of island bridges. The seaweed comes from the Atlantic around the islands, and the sauna has an outdoor cooling area looking out to sea.
