Thermal baths in Reykholt
In the Borgarfjörður valley in west Iceland, about 60 km north of Reykjavík in a straight line, Reykholt is a small settlement. Krauma's pools are about 6 km west of it, beside the hot spring at Deildartunga that supplies their water. About 20 km east of Krauma, the Hraunfossar falls seep out of a lava field and run in a long row into the Hvítá river.
