SaarowTherme
A thermal brine bath in the spa town of Bad Saarow by Lake Scharmützel, fed by the Catharinenquelle across the road, pumped from about 450 m at 21 °C. The 3 % brine pools reach 36 °C indoors and out, beside an outdoor freshwater sports pool and a sauna landscape with a bread-baking sauna.

About SaarowTherme
Its 21 °C is just over the 20 °C mark at which mineral water counts as thermal water. Only iron and manganese are filtered out before the brine reaches the pools, and part of the water goes back underground through an injection well. Big windows in the Kelo sauna look across the Kurpark to Lake Scharmützel. In the bread-baking sauna, loaves bake in a wood-fired oven during the session, and afterwards the panorama bar offers a taste. In the AquaSound pool, music plays under the water.
