Thermal baths in Bad Radkersburg

Bad Radkersburg is on the Mur in the south-east corner of Styria, about 60 km south-east of Graz, where the river forms the border with Slovenia; Gornja Radgona is across the bridge. The Parktherme pairs thermal pools fed by a hot spring under the town with a sauna village and a naturist sauna garden.

    The 50 m pool opened as the Parkbad in 1963, and in 1978 a spring was tapped nearly 2 km down that still rises under its own pressure at 80 °C with about 8,000 mg of minerals per litre.
