Swimming in Lindos

Lindos climbs the slope below its hilltop acropolis on the east coast of Rhodes, about 40 km south of Rhodes town and 35 km from the airport. A cobbled path climbs from the village lanes up to the acropolis, on foot or by mule. St Paul's Bay, on the far side of the rock, is an almost enclosed bay with a short sand beach and a chapel on the shore.
