Swimming in Kattavia

Near the southern tip of Rhodes, the village of Kattavia is about 58 km from the airport and 67 km south-west of Rhodes town. About 7 km south, Prasonisi Beach is a sand spit that joins the islet of Prasonisi to Rhodes in summer, with a bay on either side.
