Swimming in Agios Gordios
Agios Gordios is a beach village on Corfu's south-west coast, about 10 km south-west of Corfu Town and 8 km from the airport. Its sand runs below high crags, and hang-gliders come down to land on it. About 5 km east at Gastouri, the gardens of the Achilleion palace are lined with marble statues.
